While others wait for any sort of local availability (becoming a story in itself. It’s nearly 5 months since Amazon.de had the device up for pre order and there is still no sign of a date) I’m waiting for a Windows 6.5/Phone upgrade availability.
Samsung Netherlands have a promo page up now….
The promotional page advises owners to register their devices so that notifications can be sent out but the links lead to a rather worrying page saying that the promotion has ended! Update: The registration process is now open.
I’m hoping that Samsung are just setting this up and that the page will go live soon. In the meantime I’ve registered my phone though the standard Samsung NL product registration page. The B7610 isn’t listed there so I doubt i’ll get any joy from that. I’ve got a change detect watch on the registration page so I’ll update you if I see anything happen.

arrrgh.. no sign of PRO in Poland, Germans have qwertZ, Dutch shops don’t want to send to Poland, there wer only a few of those in Czech, no sign of them in UK as well..

I just checked in India; Official Samsung sources say with WM6.5 due in Mid Novemeber !! The wait continues….

Mmm, appeared hopeful in http://twitter.com/peSHIr/status/5096000119, but not having heard anything yet after registering for the email notification seems to confirm it is not available in NL yet, despite the promotional page. We’ll see…

Not available in norway either. I don’t think this will be out here, possibly with 6.5, until mid-November.
