Amazon finally have the B7610 in stock (Germany)
I placed my order on June 29th 2009. Today I quickly checked Amazon and finally, it’s in stock.
Funily enough, Amazon appear to have dropped it and it’s only available through one of their 3rd party shops. As we move towards Mobile World Congress and a new range of high-end smartphones, the B7610 appears to be fading. My wife is still super happy with hers B7610 but then again, it was free for her!

I love your Blog… I read so much about it. I am about to receive my OmniaPro tomorrow.

Does that mean that you will now receive a new Samsung omnia? Nevertheless like you said in your previous post the era of these Samsung’s has gone by. I also have this idea that Samsung is getting behind in terms of technology. The seem to focus on the low cost phones (like the Corby and Star).

No. I cancelled my Amazon order a long time ago!
Let’s see what they show off at MWC in Barcelona in a few weeks. Should be a good indicator.

some of it looks interesting but out of my comfort level. if it works for you a tutorial would be appreciated

hey again just found out how to change font size and came to share:
its a fairly simple registry hack, which i did with total commander. got details here:
http://www.samsung-omnia.org/rom-discussion-(omnia-pro)/need-for-a-new-rom-version!/ (it in reply number 6).
and here showed how to do it:

what it does is give you back usage of the original settings. from there you can decrease the font size
