Well we'll have to test it out. I won't be disappointed as I'll have an option to upgrade it to 6.5.

Clove has switched the date to early october ¬¬. It's been doing it like this for 1 month.
I'm not sure whether it's just them that dropped the price to £319 (£366.85 inc VAT) but generally it went down by £33 in one month. It's a shame other 6.5 WinMo phones have been already released and we have to wait for this one that long.

Hi,
Because Clove is a Bournemouth based company (I`m from Southampton), I called them yesterday asking about Omnia Pro availability. I`ve been told to call thursday again 
But like niuseek said : Release date delayed due early October – it is not good …
P.S. On play.com it still says – Pre-order. | Due for release on 09/10/2009
On gummobile.com it says – Coming Soon :/

"We are currently waiting for confirmation of the release so we will let you know as soon as we get confirmation from Samsung, then we can get your order completed and allocated. "
I got this today when I asked about details, because I wanna take 3 to Poland :>

Hope that clove will get his stock on Thursday as well. I don't like idea of paying extra £50 or more for the same product (Expansys sell them for £450).

The longer it takes to launch in UK, the closer I am to HTC Leo release. If launch date will keep moving like this I'll seriously reconsider HTC Leo if its got USB-host. I don't really like idea of buying it outside UK, any failure with samsung will cost me time and money more than if I'd get this in UK.

There is no Omnia Pro available :/
I have checked 5 carphonewarehouse stores in and around Southampton, phones4u, vodafone …
Only in the most new carphonewarehouse newspaper I could find the picture and info that it`s available in pay monthly from 30 pounds p.m.
I`ve been told that they didn`t get handsets from samsung :/
Will have to wait …

The actual price is around £550 so it's about £150 more than Samsung B7610 but HTC HD2 has couple advantages over B7610. I'm still waiting for longer review so I can compare build quality. HTC HD2 stock date is currently at 11/11/09 (mid of november) so about 1 month still to go (actually not so far from B7610 if the stock date is moved so much lol). Thanks chippy for really good review and other people for their opinion. I'll leave before that blog becomes what it isn't supposed to be. Have fun new B7610 users.

God knows if its legit or not, But All I know Play.com is still reporting that the phone will be available TOMORROW :D…UK time. If it changes tomorrow and is delayed further…I will be VERY….VERY disappointed.
